  1. Then he hastily took the sash away from his face; and the king of Israel discerned him, that he was of the prophets.
  2. And he said to him, Thus saith Jehovah: Because thou hast let go out of thy hand the man that I had devoted to destruction, thy life shall be for his life, and thy people for his people.
  3. And the king of Israel went to his house sullen and vexed, and came to Samaria.
